The Blue Mountain Lodge is extremely proud to make a MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT with respect to Mary's !!!

We are thrilled to announce that starting December 26th, 2007, the historical dining room at Mary's shall reopen with an offering that is unrivaled in the region. Scott Gerrie and Ted DeCorso are teaming up with Mary to bring you a dining option that is like no other. Scott has designed a phenomenal menu that shall be introduced on Boxing Day !!

Here are just a couple of teasers as to what shall be part of the most wonderful dining experience at Mary's ...

• Lobster three ways
• Tarragon butter poached, bisque, mango cilantro roll
• Porcini dusted Tenderloin of beef on a exotic mushroom strudel with brown butter mash parsnip & Yukon gold's with smoked paprika cauliflower & a port demi

I am both thrilled and proud to be able to make this MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT and on behalf of Scott, Ted, Mary and myself personally, we wish to invite you to come and experience what shall most definitely be the most pleasurable dining experience you will have in our region. In prior communications you were all advised that new plans were forthcoming and that time has now arrived that our plans are to be unveiled !!

Scott, Ted and Mary wish to announce that they are now accepting reservations to come and experience the Main Dining Room Menu, the spectacular New Years Eve Menu as well as an added treat, that being The New Years Day Brunch being served on January 1st, 2008 from 1:00p.m. to 8:00p.m.

The NEW Dining Room Menu, that Scott has prepared with much care and attention to ensure it's absolute uniqueness, can be personally viewed along with all other seasonal menu's at Mary's this Friday night, starting at 5:00p.m., so we all hope that you shall drop in for a Christmas drink, a tasty treat from Mary's NEW Back Door Lounge Bar Menu and some fun and laughs with your friends. Scott will be available personally to discuss this exciting announcement !!!
